1 Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to bf44. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bf44 platform and all its services. When you create an account, log in, or use any game or betting service on bf44, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

2 Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — bf44's website, application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — anyone who receives services by registering on bf44 or visiting the platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile registered in a user's name on bf44.
• "Bonus" — additional credits granted by bf44 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to complete a specified amount of betting before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and all other entertainment activities operated on bf44.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Limit

bf44's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Creating, using, or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. bf44 may request age verification at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, bf44 may suspend or close all accounts and forfeit the associated balances without prior notice.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. Users must notify bf44 immediately if their details change.

3.4 Account Security

Users must keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to bf44 support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bf44 is ৳100 (per method). The following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, identity verification or security checks may extend this time.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Users must complete the identity verification process. bf44 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bf44 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total Balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 20x applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms.
• bf44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using multiple accounts or attempting fraud to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Only one bonus offer applies per deposit.

6 VIP Program

Regular users at bf44 can enjoy the benefits of the VIP program. The program has five tiers in total, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users can move up to higher tiers based on their regular activity and participation. bf44 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bf44:

• Claiming bonus benefits by operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bot, or similar technology.
• Participating in any activity related to match-fixing or manipulation of outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are proven, bf44 may permanently close the account and forfeit all associated balances and bonuses. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may also be notified.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered valid only after being confirmed on bf44's servers. If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, bf44 reserves the right to void those bets.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute about the outcome of a bet or game, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published. No claims will be accepted after this time limit. bf44's decision will be considered final.

8.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet connectivity problem, or any other technical reason, bf44 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules. In such cases, the user's deposit may be refunded or an opportunity to restart the game may be provided.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bf44 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. All data is secured by SSL encryption. Detailed policies on the collection, storage, and use of personal data can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

bf44 does not sell user data to third parties. However, it may be required to share information with authorities in accordance with legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

bf44 is an entertainment platform. bf44 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by a user's internet connection failure.
• Misuse or theft of a user's account credentials where bf44 is not at fault.
• Failure or delays by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure — such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government orders.

bf44 always strives to maintain service quality. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily request to close their account at any time through bf44 support. It is advised to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing the account.

11.2 Suspension by bf44

bf44 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Incomplete identity verification.
• Self-exclusion request under responsible gaming protections.

12 Responsible Gaming

bf44 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty.

13 Changes to Services
